2019 SBCNA Lodging Information

Please note that staying at the conference hotel helps the association meet our contractual obligations to the hotel, keep our overall meeting expenses as low as possible so that we can insure a successful and comfortable conference experience!

Your support in staying at the Embassy suites helps keep the conference costs down, which directly affects your registration fees. SBCNA guarantees the hotel that we will fill a certain number of rooms per night during the conference. SBCAN incurs penalties if too many attendees opt to stay in other hotels in the area or neglect to indicate to the hotel that they are with the SBCNA conference. Our room block allows us to negotiate amenities for a better conference experience. If you find a better rate through the hotel please book it and inform SBCNA immediately.  However, please be aware by booking outside the SBCNA room block at a lower rate, you may not receive the same benefits as rooms reserved in the SBCNA room block. Attendees and Suppliers opting to stay outside the event room block will incur a $100 non-host hotel fee. Be aware that third booking sites do not qualify for the room block and are outside of our control if there are problems with your stay. 

Reservation Instructions

ROOM RATE: $159/night

A limited number of rooms are available at this rate. To guarantee the group rate we recommend reserving as soon as possible as once the room block is met, your rate will reflect the regular room rate which is currently $189 and will continue to rise.
